Nestled at the end of a shell lined street sits gorgeous Golden Beach! This remote and private beach front property consists of only (4) four townhome residences. There is a heated swimming pool which faces out to the Gulf of Mexico capturing the warm breezes and spectacular views. Each townhome residence has approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of living space, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. You will also find a private garage to safely store your vehicle and / or beach and fishing equipment.

Enter through the front door and you will find an open concept kitchen, living, dining room area that all look out over the turquoise waters. This townhome is furnished with coastal chic accessories, ensuring a perfect stay! Neutral decor with splashes of turquoise and coral, you know you have arrived to paradise. It has a newer kitchen with corian counter tops, neutral cabinets, and a breakfast bar with stools. The living room features a sleeper sofa, remote TV, DVD/VCR, CD radio, and wall-to-wall sliding doors to the screened balcony which you can open to let in the wonderful Gulf breezes. There is a half bathroom also located on the main living level. Go upstairs where you will find the 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds with coastal decor. There is a hall bath shared by two bedrooms featuring dual vanities and a tub / shower combo. The 2nd guest bedroom suite has a king size bed, remote TV/VCR combo, and views looking out onto the Gulf of Mexico. The Master suite featuring a King bed overlooking the turquoise gulf water has a private bath with a tub / shower combo. This townhome provides high speed wireless internet, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, gas grill, and a hair dryer for your convenience. This is a 'pet friendly' property and the owner will allow you to bring your family dog for an additional fee.

Of all our trips to Sanibel, this is by far the best place we have stayed. It's right on the beach. The view is stunning. The accommodations are very nice and there is an enclosed garage.

The views are breathtaking. The condo is decorated beautifully and comfortably furnished. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and the garage provided plenty of room for parking as well as storage. For our family of 3 generations in one unit, it was perfect!

We decided this year to stay for two weeks on Sanibel at Golden Beach. Best idea ever ~ not a drop of rain the entire time. We loved our comfy and clean accommodations right on the beach and proximity to our favorite dining areas. Can't wait until next year!

Stunning condo outfitted with every amenity you'll ever need for a perfect beach getaway. We loved the private beach access and pool as well as close proximity to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golden Beach #3. The house was very clean and well stocked and was the perfect accommodation for our two families. Having two "master" bedrooms overlooking the water is a plus - we had two children use the twin bedroom; the other two used the pull out couch and an air mattress that we brought with us. Rotating between lounging and shelling on the beach to relaxing in the pool and bike riding for ice cream made for a perfect isolated escape. We highly recommend renting from Kim at Breakaway Vacations and look forward to our return to Sanibel.
My husband and I traveled to Sanibel Island for the first time for a little weekend escape for our anniversary. We absolutely loved our townhouse! The decor was beautiful and beachy and everything was super clean. The location was perfect! My husband fished while I spent my days collecting seashells. We can't wait to come back!
