Compass point and the support of Breakaway could not have been more superb. Every little detail was considered and accommodated! Spotless and immaculate accommodations, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Perfectly laid out instructions and even their restaurant recommendations were spot on! No question that we will be back again!!

Wonderful views Beach was perfect Condo was clean, loved the rooftop views

This was the second year we've stayed at this location. The condo was beautiful. Our week was spent biking in the morning (the bikes were delivered right to the Condo), than swimming in the ocean or the beautiful onsite pool. Ending the day with a drink on the screened in balcony overlooking the marsh bunnies and iguanas scurrying directly below and the ocean waves in the distance. Sea shell hunting was the best you could ask for. The Condo was well furnished, clean and quiet. Kim is a Saint among property managers. Her staff was on hand to make sure we got in and settled in and provided great info on the area. Highly recommend dinner at some of the areas stellar restaurants like Doc Fords or the Lazy Flamingo.

Perfect location! The accommodations are wonderful. This is the 2nd time we rented this unit and we will definitely return. Breakaway vacations were very responsive to anything we needed.

Perfect location, amazing views, well maintained grounds and condo. Everything about this condo was perfect for our family of 5 (two adults, three kids). The rooftop patio was a major plus (kids thought it was the coolest thing ever!). The rental company is also super responsive. We accidently locked ourselves out one day and they sent someone to help us within 10 minutes! We have already booked our stay for next year!

The unit is very nice and contains everything that you need for your stay. There’s plenty of room inside and the lanai is good size. We loved the rooftop deck (you can see for miles from there). Breakaway Vacations is easy to work with and very helpful. We will be returning next year.

We have reserved this condo for 6 years and it continues to be a pleasure to visit. It is maintained very well. Also the Breakaway folks are very receptive if anything needs to be done. Plus you can’t beat the location…it takes longer to go down from the third floor in the elevator than it takes to walk to the beach. Plus the screened balcony is my favorite part of the condo!

We have been visiting Sanibel for the past 28 years and this is by far the best condo rental that we have experienced. The unit was extremely clean, very well equipped and the roof top deck provided amazing views. Our heartfelt thanks to Kim and team, with a shoutout to Sarah, who walked us through the exit steps. Location, location, location! The view! Quality decorated and clean. The most well stocked VRBO we have ever had. Swimming pool delightfully refreshing after hours on the beach. The gas grills are well maintained.

What a gorgeous condo! The unit was well-maintained and contained everything we needed for a week stay. The views of the beach from the lanai and rooftop were spectacular. The grounds of the property are are beautiful. We even spent some time at the pool which was also very nice.My family and I have been coming to Sanabel for approximately 10 years and this is a condo we would definitely like to visit again.

I was very happy with the condo , It was listed as a 3 bed room ,It would have been nice if the small bed room had a dresser or a hutch to hang clothes. other than that I would stay again ..

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! I have come to the conclusion, that staying in beautiful accommodations truly adds to the vacation experience. It was perfect for our family. Amazing views and had everything we needed. Incredibly well stocked condo, truly exceeded our expectations.

Sometimes you never know when you rent a property if it's really going to look like the pictures, but this condo is exactly as shown, we were very pleased! The rooms all look just like the photos and both bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of beach toys and towels. We would definitely go back again. We did not spend much time on the roof top deck, much to our surprise, as it was so hot on the roof, but it's a beautiful place to watch the sun rise or set. As for the grounds, the walk to the beach is perfect and the beach was not overly crowded even on the weekend. The pool was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the grill and a few games of shuffleboard as well. Thank you for a lovely stay - we would definitely go back!

We had a phenomenal week! The location was fabulous with it's beautiful views of the Gulf and i easy walk over to the sand, The unit was tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, well stocked, quiet, and convenient to both beach and pool. Beach and fishing equipment were available which helped us to enjoy our time there. Thank you for the use of Unit 183–we had a wonderful week!!

We have stayed at various properties on Sanibel 8 to 10 times and this was by far the best we have encountered; great location, great facilities, easy access to the beach with excellent shelling. October is a quiet time on the islands which is what we wanted. Loved the rooftop patio with the unencumbered views of the sunsets, the night sky and the approaching storm. Previously have had to go down to the beach for those experiences and ended up with bad cases of no-see-ums. Much, much more enjoyable.

Great place for a family vacation. Very clean and well stocked.
